Cheesy, spicy and full of pepper flavor, these cheese crackers will really satisfy that “chip” craving.

Ingredients

  • 11 slice natural blends thin sliced colby-pepper jack cheese by sargento

Instructions

  1. Preheat an oven to 250 F. Remove paper laying in between cheese slices. Stack slices and cut all into 4 by cutting cheese in half both ways.
  2. Place cheese in a single layer, side by side, but not touching on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 40 minutes or until the cheese is starting to brown. Remove from the oven and let cool until the cheese is able to be touched and is firm.
  4. Flip and bake again for another 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and let chips cool completely to crisp up. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
