These quick and easy tapas inspired bites are a great snack option for boosting fats throughout the day.

These would also work well as an easy party appetizer!

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ ounce iberico dry cured chorizo sausage by fermin
  • 8 olives spanish olives by kroger
  • 1 ounce manchego cheese by kirkland signature

Instructions

  1. Slice the chorizo into 16 even discs and the cheese into 8 1/2 inch cubes.
  2. Divide the ingredients between 8 toothpicks – a slice of chorizo, an olive, a cube of cheese and a final slice of chorizo. Keep in an airtight container in the fridge until ready to serve.
