Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cup almond flour
  • 3 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • ¼ tablespoon coconut oil
  • 4 tablespoon coconut oil
  • ¼ teaspoon coarse kosher salt
  • ⅓ cup monk fruit erythritol blend
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • 1 cup, whole pieces – regular chocolate chips, sugar free

Instructions

  1. Add the almond flour to a small nonstick skillet. Heat over medium heat until the almond flour begins to look lightly toasted. You will want to make sure you are continually stirring it.
  2. Add the flour to a mixing bowl and add all the other ingredients.
  3. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips (if using). Enjoy!
