This simple snack is put together so quickly, meal prepping isn’t even necessary! Have a perfectly simple guacamole to scoop with low-carb celery sticks in under 10 minutes. Quick and easy!

Ingredients

  • 4 ounce avocado
  • ½ teaspoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon lime juice raw
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon onion powder
  • ⅛ teaspoon crushed red pepper by simply organic
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro
  • 3 ½ ounce celery

Instructions

  1. Make the guacamole by smashing the avocado with a fork in a bowl. Then, mix in the olive oil, lime juice, salt, onion powder, red pepper, and chopped cilantro.
  2. Cut the ends off 2 stalks of celery. Slice both pieces in half, so you have 4 pieces of celery total. Fill each piece of celery with the guacamole, or you can simply scoop the guacamole with the celery sticks.
