This quick and easy snack or breakfast is fast to make and even faster to eat, for the go-getter! You can even add more fat to your egg bite by including a smear of mayo or another favorite keto condiment of yours.

Ingredients

  • 2 slice – 6" long bacon
  • 4 cracker-size slice cheddar cheese
  • 4 large hard boiled egg
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper, ground

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by cooking and cutting your bacon into 8 pieces (2 pieces per egg), arrange 4 slices of cheddar (1 per egg), and slice 4 hard-boiled eggs in half.
  2. Sandwich 2 pieces of chopped bacon and 1 piece of cheese between 2 egg halves, and secure the bites together with a toothpick. Sprinkle a small pinch each of salt and pepper over the top of each egg bite. Enjoy!
