This finger food snack has an outside wrapping of hot turkey. Inside is melted cheese, warm avocado slices, and crisp arugula for a peppery bite. You’ll have a batch of snacks in just 10 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 4 slice – each 1 ounce turkey deli meat
  • 2 ounce pepper jack cheese
  • 2 ounce avocado, black skin, california type
  • ¾ ounce arugula

Instructions

  1. Preheat an oven to 375 degrees. Lay slices of turkey on a sheet tray lined with parchment paper. Layer ½ oz thin-sliced cheese on each turkey slice. Follow up with ½-oz slices of avocado per portion as well.
  2. Bake the turkey slices open-faced for just 5 minutes.
  3. When done, arrange the arugula across the turkey slices. Then, fold the slices in half like a taco and secure with toothpicks.
