When I turned low carb I really missed hummus so I developed this delicious recipe using walnuts, whole fat greek yogurt, garlic cloves and olive oil. It is just as good as hummus with chickpeas, maybe even better.

Ingredients

  • 2 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup plain full fat greek yogurt by the greek gods
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Process until very smooth.
  3. Serve with veggies!
