These hot rollups are made with salty, spicy capicola, gooey mozzarella cheese, a pinch of basil, and a slice of fresh avocado. They’re rolled up into the perfect finger food full of keto fats and tons of addictable flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounce capicola
  • 4 slice (from pre-sliced package) – each 3/4 ounce mozzarella cheese
  • 2 ounce avocado, black skin, california type
  • ¼ teaspoon basil, dried

Instructions

  1. Preheat an oven to 375 degrees and line a sheet tray with parchment paper. Create ½-oz portions of capicola by overlapping 2 thin slices on top of each other (8 slices total for 4 rollups). Lay a slice of cheese on top of each portion. Then, arrange a ½-oz avocado slice on one end of each portion as pictured. Top with a sprinkle of dried basil.
  2. Bake the tray for 5 minutes. Allow the portions to cool for 1-2 minutes before gently rolling up the end with the avocado to create the rollups. Serve warm while the cheese is still melted.
