This is a quick, yet fancy meat and cheese tray you can put together for both keto and non-keto friends alike. You can use any variety of meats and cheeses that you would like.

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ ounce gorgonzola cheese
  • 2 ounce mini basque cheese by trader joe's
  • 2 ounce triple cream brie by saint andre
  • 1 ½ ounce calabrese salame by columbus
  • 1 ounce prosciutto
  • 4 medium – 1 1/4" diameter strawberries
  • 1 ounce pecans

Instructions

  1. Place the different cheeses evenly spaced on a wooden board.
  2. Arrange the cured meats next to the cheeses.
  3. Next, cut the strawberries in half and add them to fill in the board.
  4. Add the pecans in any empty space.
