These simple keto chips are made from grated mozzarella and smoky crumbled chorizo, baked until crisp and golden.
These are a great snack between meals on their own or served with a low carb salsa.
Ingredients
- 1 ¾ ounce chorizo
- 1 ½ cup, grated mozzarella cheese
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a shallow oven tray with baking paper.
- Finely chop the chorizo and add to a mixing bowl with the mozzarella, pepper and garlic powder. Stir well to combine.
- Take a heaped tablespoon of the cheese and chorizo and place on the lined baking tray. Repeat with the remaining mixture – you should get 10 piles of cheese and chorizo from the mixture.
- Transfer to the oven to bake for 7-10 minutes until golden and bubbling. Set aside to cool and firm before serving.
