These stuffed celery sticks are creamy with egg mayonnaise and spiced with just a hint of smoky paprika.

These make a great snack option or light lunch and are ready to go in no time at all!

Ingredients

  • 2 large hard boiled egg
  • 2 small – 3" long scallions
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon gourmet collection smoked paprika by mccormick
  • ¼ teaspoon salt, sea salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Roughly chop the eggs and add to a mixing bowl along with the mayonnaise, paprika, salt and pepper. Mix together well to combine.
  2. Slice the celery sticks in half and divide the egg mayo mixture evenly between the sticks.
  3. Finely chop the scallions and scatter over the top to serve.
