Everybody likes a little meat a cheese now and again! This is a great way to enjoy meat and cheese without the carbs. Pair the prosciutto (or any cured meat for that matter) with the parm crisps for a nice snack. Be sure to use a parm block to grate cheese not a pregrated kind.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup parmesan cheese
  • 4 thin slice prosciutto ham
  • 2 ounce fontina cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F. Grate parm!
  2. Pile 6 heaping tablespoons of grated parm on a silpat about 1 ½” apart.
  3. Bake for 3 to 5 minutes until golden brown and crisp. Let cool before removing from silpat. Serve with slices of prosciutto and diced cheese.
