A yummy snack that’s great for kids but adults can enjoy too! Keto hardly seems like a diet when you can eat pizza-flavored finger foods!
Ingredients
- 4 slice (from pre-sliced package) – each 3/4 ounce provolone cheese, natural
- 12 slice – each 0.1 ounce pepperoni
- 2 tablespoon marinara or spaghetti sauce commercially prepared
Instructions
- Preheat an oven to 375 degrees. Line a sheet tray with parchment paper and lay down slices of provolone. Arrange 3 pieces of pepperoni in the center of each cheese slice.
- Bake the tray for 7 minutes. Then, let the cheese cool for 45-60 seconds before proceeding.
- Use a spatula to gently roll each cheese slice up into a cigar shape. Let the rollups cool before setting on a serving plate. Serve with 1 TB marinara sauce per serving of 2 rollup dippers.
