These simple kale and prosciutto chips are tossed with salt, pepper and olive oil and oven baked until crispy.
These make a great sharing snack or party food!
Ingredients
- 3 slice prosciutto
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cups organic tuscan kale by organics
- ⅛ teaspoon salt, sea salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Tear the kale into large chunks discarding the stalks – roughly 3 inches long and tear each prosciutto slice into 3 so that they are roughly the same size as the kale. Arrange the kale and prosciutto across a shallow oven tray in an even layer. Sprinkle over the salt and pepper and drizzle over the olive oil.
- Transfer to the oven to bake for 10-12 minutes or until both the kale and prosciutto are crispy, turning halfway through.
