These snack kebabs have exactly what every keto dieter needs in almost perfect proportions: protein and fat! There’s nothing tricky about stacking cubes of cheese and freshly sliced deli meat on a stick. Portioning this snack will keep you from mindlessly popping endless amounts of cheese in your mouth or over-indulging on protein. Make these ahead of time and have snacks prepared for the whole week!

Ingredients

  • 4 medium slice – 4 1/4" x 4 1/4" x 1/16" – each 0.75 ounce black forest ham
  • 4 slice – each 1 ounce turkey deli meat
  • 1 cup, diced cheddar cheese, natural
  • 1 cup, diced monterey jack cheese, natural

Instructions

  1. To prepare the ingredients, cut the ham and turkey slices in half. Cut the cheese into cubes if necessary (you should have 8 cubes of each cheese).
  2. Arrange 4, 6-inch skewers, or cut 2 long skewers in half. Arrange the meats and cheeses in order on each skewer, making sure to roll the meats: cheddar, turkey, monterey, and ham. Each skewer should have 4 cubes of cheese and 4 pieces of deli meat.
  3. You can store your kebabs in an airtight container. Enjoy!
