This spicy snack includes pepper jack cheese, a bite of salami, and a crunch from hot banana peppers and olives. Ingredients

  • 3 ounce pepper jack cheese
  • 8 small slice – 1 3/4" diameter x 1/8" – each 0.2 ounce salami
  • 8 rings mild banana pepper rings by mt olive
  • 8 medium green olives

Instructions

  1. Cut the pepper jack cheese into 8 cubes. Arrange the other ingredients in front of you.
  2. Grab 8 toothpicks. On each toothpick, stack 1 of each ingredient. The cheese cubes make a great base for each stack.
