These keto stuffed walnuts are sandwiched with cream cheese, Parmesan, aromatic rosemary and zesty lemon.

Ingredients

  • 24 half walnuts
  • 1 ½ tablespoon cream cheese spread
  • 1 tablespoon, grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary, fresh
  • 1 teaspoon lemon peel or zest raw
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt, sea salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Add the cream cheese, Parmesan, lemon zest, salt and pepper to a mixing bowl. Finely chop the rosemary and add to the bowl. Stir well to combine.
  2. Divide the cream cheese mixture evenly between 12 walnut halves, and sandwich together the remaining walnut halves to serve.
