Dipping sauces make the perfect snack for individual indulging or sharing with friends.

The perfect way to fill up on fats and veggies, this trio of dips consists of tangy blue cheese dip, spicy avocado mayo and sour cream and chive dip. Great with celery or cucumber batons, these dips would work equally well with any of your favorite keto veggies!

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice raw
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 ½ oz blue cheese
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 avocado, California (black skin) avocado
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice raw
  • 1 teaspoon red chili flakes by sweet tomatoes
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chives
  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • ½ tablespoon lemon juice raw
  • ½ teaspoon spices onion powder
  • ⅓ cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. To make the blue cheese dip, add 2 tablespoons of sour cream, 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of mustard, 1 garlic clove, ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese, a pinch of sea salt and a pinch of black pepper to a food processor.
  2. Blend until creamy and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3. To make the spicy avo-mayo, add 2 medium ripe avocados – pitted and sliced, 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of chili flakes(or more to taste), ¼ cup of extra virgin olive oil, a pinch of salt and a pinch of black pepper to a food processor.
  4. Blend until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve and top with extra chili flakes for extra spice.
  5. To make the sour cream dip, add 1 clove of garlic, 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh chives, 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, ½ tablespoon of lemon juice, ½ teaspoon of onion powder and 1/3 cup of sour cream to a food processor.
  6. Blend briefly until creamy. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
