These tuna mayo stuffed celery sticks make a great lunch or snack option.

Creamy mayo is combined with tuna and salty capers to pack these celery sticks creating a quick and easy meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounce tuna
  • 2 medium – stalk – 7 1/2" to 8" long celery stalks
  • 1 tablespoon mayo
  • 1 teaspoon, whole pieces capers
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt, sea salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lemon peel or zest raw

Instructions

  1. Add the tuna, mayonnaise, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper to a mixing bowl. Roughly chop the capers and add to the bowl, stirring well to combine.
  2. Cut the celery sticks in half and divide the tuna mayo mixture evenly between the sticks to serve.
