Bake the dish for 25 min. Arrange the final amount of swiss cheese over the top of the chicken and bake the dish for an additional 20 minutes.
Ingredients
- 3 slice – each 1 ounce turkey lunchmeat, white meat
- 2 ½ ounce swiss cheese, natural
- 3 large raw egg
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper, ground
- ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper by simply organic
- 1 tablespoon whipping cream, extra heavy/gourmet, not whipped
Instructions
- Preheat an oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 6-ct muffin tray and arrange in each cup sliced turkey. Add in 3-4 pieces of diced swiss cheese as well.
- Whisk together the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Pour the egg mixture over each muffin cup, filling them about halfway.
- Bake the tray for approx. 15 minutes. The eggs will sink some during cooling, returning them to ‘muffin top’ size.
