Bake the dish for 25 min. Arrange the final amount of swiss cheese over the top of the chicken and bake the dish for an additional 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 3 slice – each 1 ounce turkey lunchmeat, white meat
  • 2 ½ ounce swiss cheese, natural
  • 3 large raw egg
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper, ground
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper by simply organic
  • 1 tablespoon whipping cream, extra heavy/gourmet, not whipped

Instructions

  1. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 6-ct muffin tray and arrange in each cup sliced turkey. Add in 3-4 pieces of diced swiss cheese as well.
  2. Whisk together the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Pour the egg mixture over each muffin cup, filling them about halfway.
  3. Bake the tray for approx. 15 minutes. The eggs will sink some during cooling, returning them to ‘muffin top’ size.
