These cream cheese stuffed pecans are ideal to have on hand when you fancy something a little sweet.
Perfect for snacking between meals or a post dinner treat.
Ingredients
- 24 ¼ half pecans, raw
- 1 ½ tablespoon cream cheese spread
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ tablespoon maple flavored syrup by lakanto
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Add the cream cheese, vanilla, syrup and cinnamon to a bowl. Mix together well to combine.
- Divide the cream cheese evenly between 12 of the pecan halves and sandwich together with the remaining halves to serve.
