These cream cheese stuffed pecans are ideal to have on hand when you fancy something a little sweet.

Perfect for snacking between meals or a post dinner treat.

Ingredients

  • 24 ¼ half pecans, raw
  • 1 ½ tablespoon cream cheese spread
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ tablespoon maple flavored syrup by lakanto
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Add the cream cheese, vanilla, syrup and cinnamon to a bowl. Mix together well to combine.
  2. Divide the cream cheese evenly between 12 of the pecan halves and sandwich together with the remaining halves to serve.
