Ingredients
- 4 ½ ounce ricotta cheese
- 2 tablespoon sour cream
- 2 tablespoon chives, raw
- 2 tablespoon, grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon lemon peel or zest raw
- ¼ teaspoon salt, sea salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Finely chop the chives and add to a mixing bowl with the remaining ingredients.
