These are super simple and delicious! I love how the peanut butter blends with the cream cheese to make an indulgent treat! You can use them in replacement for a fat bomb even! Look for a peanut butter powder with no sugar added.
Ingredients
- 8 ounce cream cheese
- 8 tablespoon all natural powdered peanut butter by pb & m'e
- 5 tablespoon the ultimate icing sugar replacement by swerve
- 15 regular piece chocolate chips, sugar free
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered peanut butter, and sweetener.
- Combine with a hand mixer until smooth, creamy and fluffy. Chill until firm at least an hour.
- Scoop mixture out into mounds and roll them into balls.
- Place one dark chocolate sugar-free chip on top of each. Keep stored in the fridge or freezer until ready to eat!
