These little Greek yogurt drops are perfect for someone who needs a cold treat or snack without any added sugar! A little vanilla extract adds a pop of flavor that makes this recipe feel like a dessert. Feel free to get creative by adding other extracted flavors to your liking.
Ingredients
- ½ cup greek yogurt, plain, premium
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a small bowl, stir together both ingredients. Make sure the greek yogurt is lump free. At your discretion, you may add your favorite keto sweetener too.
- Transfer the yogurt to either a pastry piping bag or a ziploc bag with a corner cut off. Squeeze approx 24 portions onto a sheet tray lined with parchment paper. Each meltaway is about 1 ¼ tsp in size.
- Set the tray in the freezer for at least 1 hour. Enjoy cold, straight from the freezer!
