These little Greek yogurt drops are perfect for someone who needs a cold treat or snack without any added sugar! A little vanilla extract adds a pop of flavor that makes this recipe feel like a dessert. Feel free to get creative by adding other extracted flavors to your liking.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup greek yogurt, plain, premium
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, stir together both ingredients. Make sure the greek yogurt is lump free. At your discretion, you may add your favorite keto sweetener too.
  2. Transfer the yogurt to either a pastry piping bag or a ziploc bag with a corner cut off. Squeeze approx 24 portions onto a sheet tray lined with parchment paper. Each meltaway is about 1 ¼ tsp in size.
  3. Set the tray in the freezer for at least 1 hour. Enjoy cold, straight from the freezer!
