I love spicy snacks and these curry almonds fit the bill. You can add however much curry powder you would like if you like it spicier or not. They are also so quick to make!

Ingredients

  • 2 cup, whole almonds
  • 4 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 5 teaspoon madras curry powder
  • 1 ⅛ teaspoon coarse kosher salt by morton

Instructions

  1. Place almonds in a skillet and add coconut oil. Heat until coconut oil is melted and coating the almonds. Heat almonds over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes or until the almonds are nicely toasted and darker brown.
  2. Add the curry powder and the salt. Adding more curry powder or salt as you desire.
