What ingredients should I use?

Please use the highest quality ingredients when possible to help minimize any nutritional deficiencies. Grass-fed and pasture-raised eggs and cheese are best.

Ingredients

  • 6 large raw egg
  • 3 oz cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoon butter
  • 3 tablespoon mayo
  • 5 packet crystallized lime packets
  • 8 tablespoon granulated stevia

Instructions

  1. Preheat an oven to 350 F. In a small blender cup, weigh out the cream cheese. Place the cup in the microwave and heat for 25-30 seconds to soften the cheese. Add in the remaining ingredients.
  2. Blend the ingredients using a stick blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Prepare a cupcake pan with 12 liners. Divide the batter evenly between the cups.
  4. Bake for 15-16 minutes or until puffed and cooked through. They will sink as they exit the oven and cool. Eat some immediately, but store any leftovers in the refrigerator. They are delicious when chilled!
