This tasty butter is loaded with crispy bacon, tangy parmesan cheese and aromatic garlic.

Ingredients
- 2 slice – 6" long bacon
- 1 clove garlic
- â…” cup butter
- ¼ cup, grated parmesan cheese
- ½ tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Bring the butter to room temperature so that it is soft and easily mashable. Heat the oil in a skillet over a medium heat and add the bacon, cooking through until crisp and golden. Set aside to cool.
- Mince the garlic and add to a mixing bowl along with the softened butter and parmesan. Very finely chop or crumble the crispy cooked bacon into the bowl.
- Mix everything together well to combine.
- Spoon the butter out onto a sheet of baking parchment and form into a rough log shape. Wrap tightly in the paper and transfer to the fridge to firm for 20 minutes or until ready to serve.
