Every meat lover loves a meat lover’s pizza (say that five times fast)! Let’s turn this fan favorite into a breakfast dish! This Meat Lover’s Egg Scramble is clearly loaded with protein. You also get the perfect amount of fat needed to start your Keto day off right!

Ingredients

  • 2 ounce boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 3 ½ ounce breakfast sausage, pork
  • 1 ½ ounce ham
  • 4 large raw egg
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper by simply organic
  • ½ cup, shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon, cut pieces chives

Instructions

  1. Dice the chicken and pork sausage into small pieces. Combine these in a large skillet with chopped ham, and cook on medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes, until the meat is all cooked through. The juices from the chicken and pork should eliminate the need for a cooking oil.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, pepper, and red pepper.
  3. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet with the meat, and cook on medium heat until the eggs are to your preferred doneness. Use the spatula to continually scramble the eggs.
  4. In the final stage of cooking, sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the eggs so it melts.
  5. Serve the meat lover’s scramble with freshly chopped chives!
