About

This rich and tangy blue cheese dip makes a great Keto Christmas recipe for sharing. Packed with tender spinach, creamy blue cheese, mayonnaise, cream cheese, grated Parmesan, and sweet dried cranberries, our flavorsome Keto dip is oven-baked until bubbling, then topped with toasted walnuts to serve. This makes a great Christmas Keto recipe served with low carb flatbreads or crackers for dipping. Please note the recipe requires frozen chopped spinach that has been thawed, so please account for this process in your prep time.

Can I Make This Without the Walnuts?

We have topped our Keto Christmas dip with a sprinkling of chopped walnuts for added flavor and texture. If you follow a nut-free diet, you can simply omit the walnuts – the dip will still be just as delicious! Simply follow the recipe as directed without taking the dip out of the oven to add the nuts, cooking through for 17-18 minutes.

Can I Make This Vegetarian?

We have added grated Parmesan to our blue cheese dip for an extra boost of cheese. If you would like to make this recipe vegetarian, you can simply swap the Parmesan for a grated hard Italian cheese that is free from rennet. Please be sure to adjust your macros to account for any changes made to the original recipe.
