Snacks taste best when they’re super easy! This chocolate mousse only has 3 ingredients and is light and versatile. When blending the mousse together, add stevia drops to taste if you’d like some more sweetness. The mousse is paired with strawberries here, but it’s also great with other berries, nuts, coconut flakes, and more!

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup, halves strawberries
  • ⅔ cup coconut milk by aroy-d
  • 3 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Add coconut milk, cocoa powder and vanilla extract to a jar.
  2. Use an immersion blender to blend everything together for about 10-15 seconds.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, then slice strawberries and carefully spoon out mousse and top strawberries with it.
