Ingredients
- 1 ounce gherkin pickles
- ½ ounce black olives
- 1 oz, raw, yields red bell pepper
- 5 ¾ ounce turkey slices
- 4 ½ ounce mozzarella cheese
- 2 ounce salami
- 1 ½ ounce cream cheese
Instructions
- Prepare the filling by thinly slicing the pickles and red bell pepper into 2-inch pieces. Slice the black olives if needed. Set these aside.
- Lay out the turkey slices in layers as shown. These will be the outside of the pinwheels and need to be evenly layered together.
- Lay the mozzarella slices down next, then the salami slices as shown.
- Smear the cream cheese evenly across the salami slices. Then arrange the pickles, peppers, and olives in a strip down one side, length-wise, of the deli layers.
- Roll everything together tightly. Then, slice into two-bite sized pieces. You can use toothpicks to secure the rolls. Enjoy!
