These latticed bacon baskets are a quick and easy to prepare vessel for your favorite keto fillings.

Perfect for breakfast filled with scrambled egg, lunch filled with salad or as a snack filled with guacamole.

Ingredients

  • 9 slice – 6" long bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 380 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Slice each strip of bacon in half across the center. Take six of the cut strips and arrange in alternating layers to create a lattice. Repeat with the remaining strips so that you have three lattice squares.
  3. Carefully transfer each lattice into the cup of a muffin tray, pressing the center down into the bottom of the tin.
  4. Transfer to the oven to bake for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown all over.
