These latticed bacon baskets are a quick and easy to prepare vessel for your favorite keto fillings.
Perfect for breakfast filled with scrambled egg, lunch filled with salad or as a snack filled with guacamole.
Ingredients
- 9 slice – 6" long bacon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 380 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Slice each strip of bacon in half across the center. Take six of the cut strips and arrange in alternating layers to create a lattice. Repeat with the remaining strips so that you have three lattice squares.
- Carefully transfer each lattice into the cup of a muffin tray, pressing the center down into the bottom of the tin.
- Transfer to the oven to bake for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown all over.
