Can you prepare BULLETPROOF® coffee for the week?

Most definitely. Simply prepare a large batch and keep it in a covered container in the fridge. When you are ready to consume, add ice to a serving glass and pour some of the prepared coffee over it.

What kinds of fats can you use?

Fats that can be used for BULLETPROOF® coffee include BULLETPROOF® grass-fed ghee, coconut oil, BULLETPROOF® Brain Octane Oil (MCT Oil) oil, or even avocado oil.

Ingredients

  • 6 fluid ounce black coffee
  • 1 tablespoon butter, salted
  • 1 tablespoon mct oil
  • 1 ice cube ice or ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Brew the coffee to double strength in your coffee maker. Pour it into a blender's container. Place it in the fridge to cool completely.
  2. Once the coffee mixture is chilled, add the salted butter and BULLETPROOF® Brain Octane Oil (MCT Oil) oil. Blend with a stick blender until lightened in color. Alternatively, you can use a standing blender.
  3. To a serving glass, add a couple of ice cubes. Pour a serving of cold butter coffee into the glass. Serve immediately.
