This simple recipe takes all the classic pumpkin spice flavors and blends them with creamy coconut milk to create a silky, rich smoothie. Perfect as a sweet treat or a breakfast beverage, this smoothie is best served straight away as is or over ice.

How to make this Keto smoothie?

The plant-based milk that this recipe calls for is a combination of coconut milk and almond milk, but feel free to replace it with your favorite type of milk. The almond butter pairs incredibly with the spices and adds creaminess and richness. To add sweeteness, we are adding xylitol. Simply blend all the ingredients in a blender-proof cup or a blender! This recipe can be prepared in less than 5 minutes.

Can you add pumpkin to this smoothie?

Absolutely! This recipe uses pumpkin spice to acheive the flavors associated with pumpkin-flavored beverages. You can add a couple of tablespoons of pumpkin pure for an orange color pop and a true pumpkin flavor. Just ensure that you adjust the macros because your smoothie will have more carbs.

Can you use a different sweetener?

We have used xylitol to add sweetness to our Keto pumpkin smoothie, but you can use any other sweetener you prefer. A great option would be maple-flavored low-carb syrup. The maple syrup perfectly complements the pumpkin flavors. Please add your alternative sweetener to taste, adjusting the quantity as needed. Please be sure to adjust your macros to account for any changes made to the recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoon xylitol by now
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon by tone's
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger by adams
  • ¼ teaspoon spices nutmeg ground
  • ⅛ teaspoon spices cloves ground
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • ½ cup beverages almond milk unsweetened shelf stable

Instructions

  1. Add the coconut milk, almond milk, almond butter, xylitol, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves to a blender. It's best to use cold milk to get a chilly beverage instantly. Blend until completely smooth.
  2. Taste and add more sweetener or spices if required. Pour into 2 tall glasses. Serve immediately – over ice if preferred.
