These keto devilled eggs are loaded with a rich filling of soft cream cheese, salty bacon, and aromatic fresh chives.

These make a versatile keto option, perfect for breakfast, lunch or even snacking.

Ingredients

  • 4 medium boiled eggs
  • 2 slice – 6" long bacon
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese spread
  • 1 teaspoon, cut pieces chives, raw
  • ½ tablespoon olive oil
  • â…› teaspoon salt, sea salt
  • â…› teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel the eggs and slice in half lengthwise. Carefully scoop out the cooked yolk from each egg half and add to a mixing bowl.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over a medium heat. Dice the bacon and add to the skillet, cooking through until golden. Set aside to cool completely then add to the bowl with the yolks.
  3. Finely chop the chives and add to the bowl along with the cream cheese, salt and pepper. Mash everything together until well combined.
  4. Divide the mixture evenly between the hollowed egg whites to serve.
