This simple low carb ice cream is sweet with blueberries and maple flavored syrup.

Easy to pull together, this makes a great post dinner treat for the whole family to enjoy and is ready in no time at all.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon maple flavored syrup by lakanto
  • 1 teaspoon lemon peel or zest raw
  • ½ cup fage total greek yogurt, plain
  • 5.2 ounce freshly frozen blueberries by asda

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Transfer to a shallow freezer proof dish and freeze for 30 minutes until firm yet scoop-able!
