Shrimp make a great dinner when you need dinner on the table in 10 minutes! For this dish, simply whip up the sauce, marinate for 10 minutes and roast for just a few minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through. Serve these shrimp with cauliflower rice, a big salad, or your favorite vegetable!

Ingredients

  • ½ pound wild uncooked argentinian red shrimp by trader joe's
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Rinse and devein shrimp. In a bowl, grate the garlic. Add melted butter, paprika, olive oil, and salt.
  2. Toss the shrimp in the butter sauce and allow to marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. Place the shrimp on a parchment covered sheet pan in a single layer. Roast at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 3-5 minutes, depending on the size of the shrimp.
  4. Enjoy immediately over cauliflower rice!
