This simple yet tasty lunch utilises ham in place of carb heavy wraps, packed with a tuna mayo filling.

These wraps are perfect for lunchboxes served with a salad or as a snack in between meals.

Ingredients

  • 4 medium slice – 4 1/4" x 4 1/4" x 1/16" – each 0.75 ounce ham slices
  • 2 ounce tuna
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon, chopped cilantro
  • ¼ cup roasted red peppers in brine by kroger
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt, sea salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper, ground

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the peppers and cilantro. Add to a mixing bowl along with the tuna, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Mix together well to combine.
  2. Divide the tuna mayo evenly between the four slices of ham, creating a strip close to one edge.
  3. Roll the ham up around the filling so that the edges overlap and you have a tight tube around the tuna mayo. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
