This quick and easy one pan pork is coated in a creamy mustard sauce with hints of aromatic rosemary.

This makes a great dinner option for weeknights with a side of vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 4 chop pork chops, loin, fresh, visible fat eaten
  • 2 tablespoon creme fraiche
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary, fresh
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon, chopped shallot
  • ¼ teaspoon salt, sea salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over a medium/high heat and add the pork loins. Cook for 4 minutes each side or until browned all over and completely cooked through. Set aside and keep warm.
  2. Finely dice the shallot and add to the skillet, sweating for a minute until tender.
  3. Finely chop the rosemary and add to the skillet, cooking for a minute more to soften.
  4. Add the creme fraiche, mustard, salt and pepper. Stir well to combine, melting the creme fraiche. Simmer for a few minutes until hot through. Serve the sauce on top of the pork loins.
