It all comes together when you drizzle hot garlic-oil over the mix. If you want to make an impressive side salad for serving a whole table, simple double, triple, or quadruple this recipe!

Ingredients

  • ½ ounce arugula
  • ½ ounce fresh mozzarella pearls by bel gioioso
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ ounce prosciutto
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the arugula, mozzarella pearls, and black pepper, Slice the prosciutto into strips and add this into the bowl as well.
  2. In a small pan or pot, heat the tablespoon of olive oil over a low heat. Peel and smash your garlic clove, and place it in the oil. Heat your garlic clove in the oil for 2-3 minutes, or until the garlic-oil is very fragrant and the smashed clove turns a little golden.
  3. Simple drizzle the hot garlic oil, clove and all, over your salad. Toss it all together in your mixing bowl and enjoy!
