Ingredients

  • 4 ½ ounce boneless skinless chicken breast
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper, ground
  • ⅛ teaspoon italian seasoning
  • ⅛ teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
  • 2 teaspoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Butterfly a chicken breast and season it with all the listed ingredients except the olive oil.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a small pan over medium heat and place in the chicken. Cook on both sides for about 5 minutes until the breast has a golden brown char all over.
  3. Either slice to set over a salad or store as a whole piece for later!
