This flavorsome butter is packed with salty anchovies and capers, zesty lemon and fresh parsley.

Ingredients
- 2 anchovies anchovy canned
- 2 teaspoon capers
- 1 teaspoon lemon peel or zest raw
- 1 tablespoon parsley, fresh
- ⅔ cup butter
Instructions
- Add the butter to a mixing bowl and bring to room temperature so that it is soft and mashable.
- Finely chop the capers, parsley and anchovies and add to the bowl with the butter along with the lemon zest. Mash everything together well to combine.
- Spoon the butter onto a sheet of plastic wrap or baking paper and mold into a log shape with your hands. Tightly wrap the butter, securing both ends and refrigerate for 30 minutes until firm. Slice to serve.
