Ingredients

  • 4 piece sundried tomatoes
  • 2 ½ ounce goat cheese, soft
  • 1 each avocado
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¼ cup, whole pieces basil, fresh
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt, sea salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Add the avocado, cheese, lemon juice, garlic, basil, salt and pepper to a food processor.
  2. Blend well to combine until thick and creamy. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
