Ingredients

  • 2 oz, raw, yields green cabbage
  • 1 oz, raw, yields red cabbage
  • ½ ounce green beans
  • 0.2 oz, raw, yields green onions
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon spices celery seed
  • ½ cup light mayonnaise
  • ½ tablespoon lemon juice raw
  • 1 ½ tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon dill weed fresh
  • 1 tablespoon parsley raw

Instructions

  1. Roughly chop the green and red cabbage, green beans, and green onion into bite size morsels. Combine them with the salt and celery seed in a bowl.
  2. Combine the mayo, lemon juice, and olive oil in a second bowl. Chop the dill and parsley, and mix these in with the mayo as well.
  3. Combine the dry and wet ingredients to make the coleslaw. You can serve immediately, or you can cover and let the slaw marinate for an hour before serving. Enjoy!
