This refreshing feta yogurt dip is packed with flavor from zesty lemon, aromatic herbs and cooling cucumber.

This makes a great sharing dip with keto breads, crackers or low carb veggies.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium – 4 1/8" long scallions
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon cucumber
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon peel or zest raw
  • ½ cup feta cheese
  • ½ cup dannon all natural yogurt, plain
  • ½ tablespoon peppermint, fresh
  • ½ tablespoon dill weed, fresh
  • ¼ teaspoon salt, sea salt
  • â…› teaspoon black pepper, ground

Instructions

  1. Crush the garlic, very finely chop the cucumber, herbs and scallion. Add to a mixing bowl along with the yogurt, lemon juice and zest and crumble in the feta. Season with salt and pepper and stir well to combine. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
