Ingredients

  • 2 cup, cut pieces collard greens
  • ¾ cup, sliced radish, raw
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 2 teaspoon lemon peel
  • ¼ teaspoon salt, sea salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over a low/medium heat. Slice the radishes and the garlic and add to the pan. Sautéing for two minutes until tender.
  2. Add the sliced collard greens to the pan along with the lemon zest and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Stir well to combine and sauté for 3-4 minutes until tender. Serve immediately.
