About

These frozen yogurt cubes make a quick to prepare snack to have on hand. They are also a great healthy treat for kids.

The recipe relies on the fruit to provide all the sweetness. If you would like yours sweeter, you can add a little of your preferred low carb sweetener to the mixture before blending.

Ingredients

  • 5 medium – 1 1/4" diameter strawberries
  • 1 cup yogurt, plain, whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon, whole pieces blueberries

Instructions

  1. Add the yogurt and berries to a food processor and blend to combine, leaving small chunks of fruit remaining.
  2. Divide the mixture evenly between individual ice cube moulds (you should get 14 from the mixture)
  3. Transfer to the freezer for 3-4 hours to set.
