This appetizer is really quick to put together for a party or snack! I love the flavor combo of the dill, yogurt and smoked salmon. Feel free to use fresh dill and top each with a little fresh dill to make these extra fancy.

Ingredients

  • 1 large – 8 1/4" long cucumber
  • ½ cup fage total greek yogurt, plain
  • 1 tablespoon dill weed, dried
  • 1 tablespoon, whole pieces capers
  • 3 ounce smoked salmon

Instructions

  1. Slice cucumbers on a bias in ¼” thick slices. Combine the yogurt, dill (chopped dill if using fresh), chopped capers and a pinch of salt.
  2. Top each cucumber with a dollop of yogurt and a small piece of smoked salmon! Top with fresh dill, if desired.
