This cheese board is a perfect sharing plate for the holidays. Rich and creamy cheeses are complimented by sweet candied nuts, sticky relish and crunchy crackers.

Ingredients

  • 8 ½ ounce camembert cheese
  • 7 ounce brie cheese
  • 6 servings (per heaped teaspoon) keto red onion and cranberry relish
  • 6 servings (per three crackers) keto walnut and pumpkin seed crackers
  • 2 teaspoon maple flavored syrup by lakanto
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon, ground
  • ½ cup, halves walnuts
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt, sea salt

Instructions

  1. Add the walnuts to a small pan along with the syrup, cinnamon and salt. Turn the heat to low/medium and toast until fragrant (about 4 minutes) stirring to ensure the nuts are coated in the syrup.
  2. Arrange the cheese on a cheese board or large platter along with the relish, crackers and candied walnuts to serve.
