This quick and easy charcuterie board is loaded with Italian cheese, tender prosciutto, Italian salami, crunchy almonds, salty olives, peppery arugula and crisp bell pepper. Served with a lemon mayo for dipping.

This makes a great sharing platter or starter.

Ingredients

  • 8 slice (from pre-sliced package) – each 3/4 ounce provolone cheese
  • 4 slice prosciutto
  • 4 medium slice – 3 1/8" diameter x 1/16" – each 0.4 ounce dry salami
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 ½ tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 cup arugula
  • ½ medium – 2 1/2" diameter x 2 3/4" red bell peppers, raw
  • ¼ cup almonds, raw
  • ¼ cup black olives
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt, sea salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
  • ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Arrange the prosciutto, cheese, salami, olives, almonds and arugula on a large serving platter or plate. Thinly slice the bell pepper and add to the board.
  2. Whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Add to the serving platter for dipping.
